Family class! Bring the family! Babies in arms ok :) Get ready for a weekly Tuesday Early Spring family Forest school adventure! Come enjoy and explore the breathtaking Pacific Northwest, right here on Whidbey Island, Experience the beauty of the outdoors as the winter turns to Spring on our 5-acre property. For our Tuesday Early Spring session, we will spend all 8 Tuesdays at Whidbey Forest Friends family farm. At the farm we will roast smores, play in the forest, explore our trails, build forts, have a daytime campout and visit the ducks, chickens, and Quails while doing fun Art projects. All while building connections and friendships with other local families. *Our curriculum is emergent; each week, we will develop an ongoing project that evolves based on the shifting interests and curiosities of the children. -(Meaning): *We practice interest-led learning, where our weekly projects are shaped by the children's inquiries, allowing our studies to grow and change alongside of them. **Curriculum: and basic schedule: Whidbey Forest Friends offers a unique preschool-based parent-caregiver/child class. This engaging class starts with a nature inspired art project, circle time with games and songs, a visit with our ducks, chickens, quails, dogs or cats, then a walk or hike or daytime campout -ending with a cozy story and snack time together. Cancellation Policy
(1.) Full Tuition Due: By first day of class. You can pay online with credit card. check/cash or Zelle accepted in person (3.) To Cancel or Reschedule your registered class session please contact us 48 hours in advance. (4.) Make up days. If you need to miss a day of your assigned class day please let teacher know asap for planning. You can come to another class time to make it up. Please email us: whidbeyforestfriends@gmail.com (5.) Refund Policy: with an exception if after first day of the session class (only for the classes that you sign up for the multiple sessions) you or your child isn't happy with the class we will refund you the remainder of the amount of the rest of the session. minus the $35 (6.) Babies in arms are always welcome to attend with you and your child to caregiver/child classes (7. ) This class is a place for Joy! Let the children dance and squeal and run and jump!
